• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Guest accounts have limited functionality and may be subject to data retention limits.

4. Workspaces and Data

• Each workspace operates independently with its own data, members, and settings.
• Workspace owners are responsible for managing access and permissions within their workspaces.
• You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service.
• We do not access your workspace data except as necessary to provide and maintain the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or workspaces.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Exceed the limits of your current plan through automated means.

6. Plans and Billing

The Service offers different plans with varying limits on tasks, members, and features. Free plans are available with limited capabilities. Plan limits are enforced automatically. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features with reasonable notice.

7. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Workspace administrators may suspend members within their workspaces.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
• Upon termination, we recommend exporting your data using the backup feature before your account is removed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Zentral App. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the content you create within the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentral App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
